Sitting somewhere with a sketchbook in one hand, tea in the other, you’ll find Motoyoshi, the hands behind Kihara Landscapes.
Born and raised in Yokohama, Japan, and trained at the Toukaen Company, Kanagawa, Moto’s deep understanding and experience of Japanese design – and the principles
that follow – are hard to match. As is his personal approach, unique perspective, passion for design, and obsession with perfection.
A third generation gardener and a member of Landscaping Victoria since 2006, he and his team now call Melbourne home.
